In the context of the resurgence of huge forms of anti-Semitism in France and throughout the continent, the documentary "European Judaism (1770-1930). Laboratories of Shared Identities" provides an analysis of the idea of Europe from the perspective of contemporary history, based on the destiny of the Jews on the continent.  It examines the specific relationship that the Jews were able to build with Europe as a cultural entity and as a political project, from the time of emancipations until the arrival of Nazism in Germany.
Shot on the sidelines of a symposium organized in 2018 at Le Mans University, this documentary is in open access on the website dedicated to the project and on the platform Umotion.
